Shipping & Delivery Policy

We’re committed to getting your Amee Jee meals to you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how our deliveries work.

Minimum Order

To ensure safe and efficient delivery of our chilled meals, we have a minimum order value of £30. Sending perishable food requires insulated packaging, cooling materials and fastest delivery (1-2 days), and the minimum order helps us cover these costs while keeping delivery prices fair for customers.

Dispatch Days & Delivery Timing

We deliver in 1-2 days for orders placed Monday to Thursday.

Orders placed before our daily cut-off (typically midday) will be dispatched the same day for the fastest arrival.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
(This helps prevent perishable goods from being held in courier depots over the weekend.)

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or tracking link.

Packaging & Food Safety

Your meals are packed in insulated packaging with cooling materials designed to keep items fresh during transit.

Once your parcel arrives:

Bring it indoors as soon as possible
Follow all storage instructions on the packaging
Refrigerate or freeze items immediately as required

We cannot take responsibility for spoilage caused by delays in collecting the parcel after delivery or failure to store items correctly.

If You’re Not Home

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier may:

Leave your parcel in a safe place
Leave it with a neighbour
Follow any instructions you provided at checkout

Once delivered according to your instructions, the parcel becomes your responsibility.
