No — our pouches and films are not designed for safe heating:
- Always remove the film (if any) and packaging when heating up the products in microwave/air fryer/oven.
We take great care to remove bones and clearly label allergens. However, with real food, occasionally a small bone or unexpected trace may slip through. We ask customers to be mindful and contact us immediately if they notice any issue.
