Chicken Seekh Kebab

Air Fry: 10-15 minutes
Remove all packaging and place product into tray. cook for at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.

Microwave: Remove all packaging and place product on a plate.
From Frozen: cook for 2-3 minutes at 850kw (max power).
From Chilled: cook for 60-90 seconds at 850kw (max power).

Please make sure the product is piping hot throughout and fully cooked before serving.

Veg & Chicken Samosas

Deep Fry:8-10 minutes
(Medium temperature)
Preheat oil and fry for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Drain well before serving.

Paratha

Shallow Fry: 1-2 minutes
From Frozen: Peel the plastic layers from both sides of the Paratha and place it in a preheated non-stick frying pan. Wait for 1 or 2 minutes and turn over. Press the Paratha gently. When both sides are golden brown, remove the Paratha from the frying pan. Serve Immediately.

Masala Fish

Deep Fry: 5-6 minutes

Remove all packaging and place fish into hot oil (180°C) until crisp and golden.

Please make sure our fish is piping hot before serving.

Popcorn Fish

Oven Bake: 20-22 minutes
Preheat oven to 220˚C/200˚C fan/ gas mark 7. Remove all packaging and place popcorn fish onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven, turning popcorn halfway through cooking until crisp and golden.

Air Fry: 10-15 minutes
Remove all packaging and place popcorn fish into air fryer at 190˚C for 10-15 minutes. Turn popcorn halfway through cooking until crisp and golden.

Deep fry: 4-5 minutes
Remove all packaging and place popcorn fish into hot oil (180˚C). Cook from frozen for 4-5 minutes until crisp and golden. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.

Masala Chicken Bites

Deep Fry: 5-7 minutes
(Medium temperature)
Remove all packaging and place bites in medium hot oil. Turn occasionally and cook until product is piping hot. Drain well before serving.

Oven Bake: 18-22 minutes
From Frozen: Place product on baking tray in a preheated oven at 200˚C. Gas Mark 6 for 18-22 minutes. Turn half way through cooking. Cooking times may vary.

Air Fry: 12-15 minutes
From Frozen: Remove all packaging. Air fry setting 190˚C. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Half way shake tray. Cook until golden brown.

Is the packaging safe for the microwave/oven?

No — our pouches and films are not designed for safe heating:

Always remove the film (if any) and packaging when heating up the products in microwave/air fryer/oven.

Do your products contain bones or allergens?

We take great care to remove bones and clearly label allergens. However, with real food, occasionally a small bone or unexpected trace may slip through. We ask customers to be mindful and contact us immediately if they notice any issue.
